When we over eat it is usually on wheat and dairy foods. They consist of cakes, cookies, ice-cream, pasta and breads. You may think not but did you ever hear of anyone overeating brown rice? I think not! So it there is dairy or wheat in it, eliminate it from your perfect abs diet until you are back on track with your healthy eating and rid of the "after party bloat".
Step Two
As you should always do drink plenty of fresh water. This is the rule anyway, but it’s much more important after falling off the wagon. It does not hurt to put the fresh lemon juice in the water to raise your PH and detoxify the body some. It also cleans the liver and there is some weight loss benefit as well.
Step Three
This is a simple step just add some extra walking. If you will add some extra walking for the next few days you will feel better faster maybe a good 20 minutes or more. And be back in the game to your perfect abs in no time. Some seem to have a hard time so make it easy on yourself. Make a 20 minute stop at the mall once around the place will give you your 20 minute walk.
