Come on the chicks love them and for all the guys you know you want them and workouts for abs can get um. Let’s face it the end goal is attractive abs and workouts for abs is only one step in the process of getting them.

Don’t believe for a minute that getting sculpted abs is going to come without a certain amount of pain. The extended process begins with the proper diet that includes foods with vitamins and minerals. You must exclude all of the chemicals and preservatives that cause you to fail time and time again. You must flush the fat from your body to get a flat stomach. A flat stomach will never happen with chemicals, drugs and preservatives.

One very unfortunate thing is almost all source of food available is pure junk that should not be eaten at any time. They are all full of unhealthy fats and chemicals that we should not ingest. The preservatives are endless and all cause your body to retain excessive fat and destroy any chance of building any kind of health muscle tissue. To get that flat belly you almost have no chance to burn off excessive fat to do so.

Until you take the time to find out what you can eat safely and learn to stay away from the phony fat-free, low fat, no fat and diet labels you have no chance. A strict diet plan is needed but that does not mean you need to eat cardboard and no flavor food. It also does not mean you need to measure and count calories or eat small meals out of shoe boxes.

When you bother to take the time to learn what to eat you will find out that it does not include tasteless food. The body needs the right kinds of fats, vitamins and minerals that are natural in the proper proportions. You will need to learn to eat foods that keep your insulin levels as stable as possible. The seesaw of very high insulin to very low insulin levels cause by the foods most available will keep you unhealthy and fat and getting fatter. The standard routine must be broken for good.

Once you work out a diet of health natural foods that include the right vitamins, minerals, fats and sugars. You will not be hungry, weak or overly tired. Your energy levels will go up the mind will clear and moving into the next phase of your goal of attractive abs.

When your mind is clear and you have energy without the sluggishness cause by eating the wrong things it becomes easy to begin your workouts for abs. What begins to happen to your body is it starts to burn off more calories than you ingest and the fat is washed away and you begin to build muscle. Muscle enhances the process. Think of the process as a healthy body in motion stays in motion. An unhealthy body at rest gets unhealthier.

You've got to get right back on the horse right where you fell off. That may only mean one or two healthy meals away. The biggest mistake you can make is to just give up when you make a mistake. Hey listen a bad meal, or some bad foods are not a reason to quit a healthy lifestyle of eating. When you think about it once in a while, it can be a good thing a good break from the routine will even help to keep your metabolism up where is should be.

Here is the correct “damage control” It will get you back on track and feeling healthier faster than you can say "cheesecake ".

Step One

Remove the dairy and wheat anything from your diet for 3 days after wagon incident. And here is why! Dairy and wheat are the two most inflammatory foods and in most people they cause bloating. When we over eat it is usually on wheat and dairy foods. They consist of cakes, cookies, ice-cream, pasta and breads. You may think not but did you ever hear of anyone overeating brown rice? I think not! So it there is dairy or wheat in it, eliminate it from your perfect abs diet until you are back on track with your healthy eating and rid of the "after party bloat".

Step Two

As you should always do drink plenty of fresh water. This is the rule anyway, but it’s much more important after falling off the wagon. It does not hurt to put the fresh lemon juice in the water to raise your PH and detoxify the body some. It also cleans the liver and there is some weight loss benefit as well.

Step Three

This is a simple step just add some extra walking. If you will add some extra walking for the next few days you will feel better faster maybe a good 20 minutes or more. And be back in the game to your perfect abs in no time. Some seem to have a hard time so make it easy on yourself. Make a 20 minute stop at the mall once around the place will give you your 20 minute walk.

The idea here for your perfect abs diet to remember, you are building a new way of life that includes healthy eating . One mistake, one meal, or a few bad choices in foods can't stop you from getting to your goals.

Is this the Healthiest Drink in the World?

Did you know that there's a drink with 10 times the Vitamin C of orange juice with 1/4 the sugar and calories? And it's all naturally occurring, not with added vitamin C! I'll explain... More Vitamin C than 10 Glasses of Orange Juice!

Well, I've done it again... After my famous "healthiest cheese-steak in the world" (tons of people LOVED that recipe), and my healthy chocolate fudge recipe (which was a big hit too)... now I've come up with a drink so healthy, it might be a record-breaker...

Here's my newest concoction for a drink that has one of the highest antioxidant levels possible and also more naturally occurring Vitamin C than 7-10 glasses of orange juice (but with 1/4 the sugar and calories of gut-fattening OJ)...

If you remember from my Truth About Abs Program, one of my favorite drinks (since I avoid all sodas, fruit juices, and any sugary drinks), is to simply drink these unsweetened iced tea mixtures that I make where I use a blend of green tea, white tea, rooibos tea, oolong tea, black tea, mate, etc (in different combos each week, usually 3-4 types -- big variety of antioxidants).

I usually make a big pitcher of this type of iced tea blend each week just very lightly sweetened with the natural non-caloric sweetener stevia.

Now here's where the 10x the vitamin C content of Orange Juice comes in...

Acerola cherry super-food I found out about a fruit called an Amazon Cherry (acerola cherry), and I buy the frozen smoothie packs of pureed acerola cherry at this website:

Each individual serving pack of the frozen pureed acerola cherry contains a massive 1,400% of the recommended daily intake of Vitamin C (all naturally occurring in this little super-food). A super-food boost addition to your abs-diet.

So what I do is thaw the acerola cherry puree/juice, and use 1/2 of a packet in a full glass of my unsweetened iced tea blend.

Since I use half the packet, this comes out to only 9 gms of sugar per glass of the mixture (about 1/4 the sugar content of about 10 oz of OJ), but a whopping 700% recommended daily intake of Vitamin C.

Essentially this is a drink with 1/4 the calories of OJ, and more than 10x the nutritional punch, factoring in the antioxidants from the teas and the natural Vitamin C from the acerola cherry.

Move over OJ... there's a new breakfast beverage winner in town! And it'll keep you leaner than sugary OJ!
